In order to implement the requirements of the Drug Administration Law of the people's Republic of China and the measures for Supervision and Administration of online Drug sales, and to ensure the safety of drug use by the public, the SDA organized and formulated the prohibited list of online sales of drugs (first edition), which is hereby promulgated and shall enter into force as of December 1, 2022.

I. drugs that are explicitly prohibited by policies and regulations

II. Other drugs that are prohibited from retailing through the Internet
