According to reports, JH8100 adopts the 12nm process, carries the Fang Tianshu CPU Core IP developed by Sai Fang Technology, and adopts the design of four big cores and two small cores. Among them, Fang Tianshu is a 64-bit ultra-high performance RISC-V processor core, using 12-level pipeline design, can achieve superscalar, deep out-of-order execution and so on. The highest working frequency of Fang Tianshu is 2GHz DMIPS / MHz,CoreMark7.6 / MHz.

▲ JH7100, equipped with dual-core U74, shares the second-level cache of 2MB, and its working frequency can reach the news obtained by 1.2GHz according to Xin Zhixun. Sai Fang Technology said that the core of Tianshu can be directly marked with Arm Cortex-A76, and the main frequency of JH8100 can reach 2GHz, while the main frequency of small core can be in 1.5GHz.

In order to meet the challenge of cache consistency in CPU cluster computing, JH8100 built in Starlink 1.0, a multi-core bus technology developed by Sai Fang Technology. Starlink 1.0 has the characteristics of high scalability, low power consumption, low delay, easy debugging and so on.

In terms of multimedia processing capability, JH8100 supports H.264 / H.265 / VP9 / AV1 codec, 4K 60fps display, built-in high-performance 3D GPU, OpenCL, OpenGL ES and Vulkan.

In terms of interface, JH8100 has USB3.0/2.0, full-function Type-C that supports DP, PD and USB 3.2Gen 2, PCIe 3.0and so on.

In terms of artificial intelligence scenarios, JH8100 has built-in NPU, supports mainstream architectures such as TensorFlow, and integrates AES / DES / HASH / PKA and national secret algorithm engine.

CTOnews.com learned that in terms of software ecology, Sai Fang Technology said that it is steadily promoting JH8100's software development plan, which will realize the omni-directional adaptation of RISC-V 's underlying framework, operating system, middleware, key libraries, application software and JH8100. Promote the landing of JH8100 in IT infrastructure (network security devices, routers, NAS, etc.), productivity tools (desktops, laptops, etc.), industry (industrial motherboards, industrial computers, etc.) and other applications. 、
