Therefore, the judgment of Fuzhou Intermediate people's Court of first instance will not have any impact on the normal production and operation of the company.

CTOnews.com learned that AVIC Lithium Luoyang said the first-instance judgment of the Fuzhou Intermediate people's Court was not a final and effective judgment, and the company would appeal the first-instance decision to the Supreme Court during the appeal period. At the same time, after receiving the complaint served by the Fuzhou Intermediate people's Court in October 2021, the company submitted a request for invalidation of the utility model patent to the State intellectual property Office, which is still under trial by the State intellectual property Office. Therefore, at present, the company does not need to pay compensation for the first instance judgment of the Fuzhou Intermediate people's Court.

According to the interface news report, the information disclosed by Ningde Times yesterday showed that it won the case in the judgment of first instance and was awarded 14.16 million yuan in compensation. Ningde Times filed a claim against AVIC Lithium Luoyang for 30.5 million yuan on the case.
