It is reported that Xia Heng's future work energy will be more focused on products, committed to further enhance the competitiveness of customer value-driven products.

According to public data, Xia Heng graduated from Tsinghua University majoring in automotive engineering. Once worked in GAC R&D CENTER, responsible for the development of GAC NE automobile and intelligent vehicle control system. In mid-2014, Xia Heng co-founded Xiaopeng Automobile with he Tao and Yang Chunlei.

Xiaopeng today released its results for the third quarter of 2022, with revenue up 19.3% year-on-year, gross profit margin rising month-on-month and net loss narrowing by 12.0%. By the end of the third quarter, Xiaopeng had a cash reserve of 40.12 billion yuan. Xiaopeng expects delivery of 20, 000 to 21000 vehicles in the fourth quarter and revenue of 4.8 billion yuan to 5.1 billion yuan in the fourth quarter.

In terms of new energy vehicle delivery, Xiaopeng delivered 29570 vehicles in the third quarter of 2022, an increase of 15 per cent over the same period in 2021. In October 2022, Xiaopeng delivered a total of 5101 vehicles, including 2104 P7, 1665 P5 and 709 G3i. By the end of October, Xiaopeng G9 new car has been delivered in more than 100 cities in China. As of October 31, Xiaopeng's total delivery volume for the year reached 103654, an increase of 56 per cent over the same period last year. Xiaopeng expects to deliver between 20, 000 and 21000 cars in the fourth quarter.
