CTOnews.com November 30 news, the 2022 World display Industry Conference opened in Chengdu today, Tianma Microelectronics demonstrated a number of new research and development products, including 27-inch vehicle CTP integrated screen, 28.5-inch ultra-high resolution curved In-cell product vehicle display, 7.5inch P0.47 Mini-LED AM direct display, 21.3inch 5MM medical display screen and 12.1 inch industrial specification notebook display screen.

This time, Tianma displays a 28.5inch curved integrated display screen, which spans the field of vision of the main driver and the co-driver, integrates all the display tasks in the cabin, and combines six display technologies, such as COG technology, curved surface technology and integrated touch technology in the box.

Tianma also displayed liquid crystal antennas, 11.6in zone dimming glass and other exhibits. The reflective liquid crystal phased array antennas developed by Tianma and customers mainly include reflective 26GHz millimeter wave antennas and 200/400GHz terahertz liquid crystal antennas, which are designed for 5G Satong millimeter wave band and future 6G technology terahertz frequency band respectively, and the preliminary test results can meet the technical design requirements.

CTOnews.com learned that Tianma Microelectronics officially said that relying on mature panel technology to complete the transformation of the copper process automation production line, can support large-scale mass production, low-cost liquid crystal antenna processing, micron thick copper process and liquid crystal antenna match and fit are very high, has completed a small batch of samples for domestic key customers.

Finally, Tianma unveiled its first VR display, a 3.53in VR display using LTPS technology, with a resolution of 3K x 3K VR with a resolution of 1200, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a response time 5~6ms.
