At this press conference, Changan Automobile shared the technical tricks behind a string of figures, namely, more than 181 patented technologies, 95% of the industry's most efficient electric drive assembly, 1200km ultra-long range, and-30 °C industry's first low-temperature pulse heating technology.

The intelligent extended range of the Force is the first autonomous car extended range system of Changan Automobile to realize mass production, among which, the high efficiency all-round augmentation of "small volume and high power" has the highest efficiency of 96%. Under CLTC operating conditions, it can generate about 3.3kWh of 1L oil, and the fuel consumption is still as low as 4.5L / 100km in the state of power supply. Based on the non-inductive NVH technology of howling frequency conversion active control, matching the intelligent energy management strategy that can be put in and out freely, officials say that the Force intelligent extended range system can achieve a perfect balance between NVH performance, power performance and economy. In addition, the Force Intelligent extended range system has experienced the verification of millions of kilometers in the high cold and high temperature plateau. Under the CLTC condition, the pure electric mileage 200km, and the comprehensive range of the extended range mode reaches 1200km.

The Force superconcentrated electric drive is officially the latest achievement of a new high level of electric drive efficiency in Changan automobile industry, with the highest efficiency up to 95%. The Force Super Collector drives highly integrated motors, motor controllers, reducers, chargers, DCDC, DCAC, and high voltage distribution boxes. Compared with the "three-in-one" electric drive system, the weight is reduced by 10%, the volume is reduced by 5%, the efficiency is increased by 4.9%, and the power density is increased by 37%. At the same time, it also uses the industry's first micronucleus high-frequency pulse heating technology, in the extreme environment of-30 ℃, the battery temperature can be increased by up to 4 ℃ per minute, the power performance of the vehicle is increased by 50%, and the charging time is reduced by 15%. CTOnews.com learned that on July 25 this year, Changan Deep Blue SL03 officially launched, the new car launched extended-range version, pure electric version and hydrogen version of three power options, the price range is 16.89-699900 yuan. Among them, 168900 yuan is this extended-range model, which can achieve short-distance electricity and long-distance fuel. under CLTC operating conditions, 200km pure electric mileage can meet the needs of daily commuting, and the extended range mode comprehensively lasts 1200km. The car adopts the structure of direct connection between the engine and the generator to reduce the energy transfer path, and its extender adopts a 1.5L Atkinson cycle engine, the maximum power of the engine is 95 horsepower, the maximum power of the motor is 160kW, and the maximum torque of the motor is 320N. Under CLTC condition, the power generation of 1L oil can be about 3.3kWh, and the fuel consumption can still be as low as 4.5L / 100km under the condition of feed.
