Yoel Roth, former head of trust and security for social media platform Twitter, said in an interview on Tuesday that the company's new boss, Elon Musk, did not make Twitter safer.

This is Ross's first interview since he resigned from Twitter this month. He warned that Twitter did not have enough people to do security work.

Ross tweeted after Musk took over that Twitter's platform security had improved to some extent under Musk's leadership.

Asked in an interview at a news conference on Tuesday if he still felt that way, Ross said directly: "No."
