The National time Service Center said that during the construction period, the relevant staff arrived at the site on October 28 and carried out all kinds of work, completing the confirmation of on-site equipment, antenna installation, computer room equipment installation, power-up debugging of computer room equipment, antenna power-up debugging and joint debugging of systems at home and abroad. The comprehensive monitoring station completed the real-time return of overseas monitoring data at 17:30 on November 24th, and the evaluation results met the design requirements.

In addition, the National time Service Center said that the completion of the Minsk overseas comprehensive monitoring station will further supplement the real-time monitoring network of the Beidou 3 navigation signal, improve the global monitoring of the Beidou 3 system, and play a role in building the "Belt and Road Initiative" international cooperation platform.
