FFIE's board of directors dismissed Bi Fukang as global CEO after a comprehensive evaluation of the company's performance since it went public in July 2021. According to the principles of corporate governance, management directors are required to submit their resignation to the board of directors when they are dismissed from office. The Board has requested Mr. Bi Fukang to submit his resignation to the Board in accordance with the Faraday Future governance guidelines.

Before joining FF, Chen Xuefeng worked at Changan Ford, Changan Mazda, Ford Asia Pacific Design Center and Chery Jaguar Land Rover. Faraday said in the future that as a global CEO, Chen Xuefeng's top priority is to bring FF 91 Futurist to market and fulfill its commitment to shareholders, investors, global partners, users and employees.

According to Faraday Future, FF ieFactory California is nearing completion and has reached the sixth milestone in production, that is, the completion of all infrastructure and equipment installation in the main manufacturing area of the vehicle. FF 91 Futurist is currently in the final prenatal testing and verification work. From the current results, the core performance indicators such as range, 0-60 acceleration and braking distance of FF 91 Futurist are far higher than expected.

CTOnews.com learned that Faraday had previously said in its third-quarter results that it would continue to generate huge operating losses in the foreseeable future, and that it was "deeply skeptical" about the company's ability to continue to operate, and said it was not sure when the first FF 91 luxury electric vehicles could be delivered.
