With a total installed capacity of 22 megawatts, the project is not only the largest photovoltaic building integration project in Hubei Province, but also the largest photovoltaic building integration project in China Automotive Industrial Park.

The distributed photovoltaic project of Dongfeng parts Group Intelligent equipment Industrial Park directly replaces the traditional color steel tile roof with photovoltaic modules, fully considers the function, safety and integrity of the main structure of the plant, and adopts the construction mode of "BIPV (photovoltaic building integration) and the combination of a variety of photovoltaic applications" to create a "roof that can generate electricity".

CTOnews.com learned that the total construction area of the project is about 180000 square meters, with a planned construction capacity of 22MW, with a total investment of 115 million yuan. After completion, it can generate 46718 million kilowatt-hours of clean electricity, save 143146 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 391503 tons, save 565297 tons of clean water, and achieve remarkable benefits such as carbon reduction and energy saving.

In recent years, photovoltaic power generation projects have been installed in the main production bases of Dongfeng Company. the previously completed photovoltaic power generation projects can reduce 49000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions by generating 93.05 million kilowatt hours per year.

Dongfeng passenger car (Wuhan)

The total installed capacity of the photovoltaic power generation project of Dongfeng passenger car Company is 15000 KW, and the project is divided into two phases. The first phase was successfully connected to the grid in August this year, and the second phase of 9000KW's distributed roof photovoltaic project is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of 2022. After the completion and operation of the project, the maximum generating capacity can meet the 50% to 75% full production load requirements of Dongfeng passenger car factory during the daytime. The annual generating capacity is more than 15 million kilowatt-hours of electricity, and the annual carbon emission can be reduced by nearly 10,000 tons.

Dongfeng Liuqi (Liuzhou)

Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Company photovoltaic power generation project is the largest distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Guangxi. The first phase of the photovoltaic project from January to October this year will generate a total of 1915 million kilowatt-hours of electricity, reduce the cost of electricity by 5.402 million yuan, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 10, 000 tons. It is estimated that the cost of electricity will be reduced by 6.5 million yuan for the whole year. In addition, the construction of the second phase of 28MW photovoltaic project has now entered the construction stage and is expected to be connected to the grid by the end of March 2023. At that time, the photovoltaic power generation of Dongfeng Liuqi will increase from 2000 kWh / year to 4500 kWh / a, accounting for more than 40% of the total electricity consumption of the enterprise. After the first and second phase is put into operation, the cost of electricity can be reduced by more than 10 million yuan per year.

Dongfeng Nissan (Guangzhou)

Dongfeng Nissan has built a photovoltaic parking lot, which is one of the largest photovoltaic parking lots in the world. It has been confirmed that it can implement an installed capacity of 59MW, generate 5119 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, reduce 52000 tons of carbon dioxide and save 3.26 million yuan in electricity bills.
