The Story of Workers is Ubisoft's classic construction and real-time strategy game, which was first launched in 1993. The previous generation was released in 2010, the Story of Workers 7: the Road to the Kingdom.

CTOnews.com learned that the new "Story of Workers" announced in August 2018 that it would be developed with the snow lotus engine and was originally scheduled to go on sale in 2020, but the ticket jump was called "further notice" until January 2022. In January, Ubisoft announced that it would launch a new "Story of Workers" on March 17, and plans to conduct internal tests later that month.

However, Ubisoft announced on its website in early March that the release of the new "Story of Workers" would be postponed for a period of time to improve the quality of the game due to lower-than-expected feedback from players during the test.

According to reports, the game will be loyal to nearly 30 years of tradition and combine accumulated experience with real-time strategic combat. Players can play the "Story of the Workers" downstream of three game modes: single player campaign, onslaught and encounter (single player against AI, cooperation against AI or PVP, supporting up to 8 players).

In terms of price, the new "Story of Workers" is 298 yuan for the standard edition and 398 yuan for the deluxe version.
