According to reports, China's first international advanced technology application and promotion center is sponsored by the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission of the Hefei Municipal people's Government. It is undertaken by Hefei Development and Reform Commission Hefei Binhu Science City Management Committee and Hefei High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee Science and Technology University Silicon Valley Service platform Co., Ltd.
