CTOnews.com, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) although the task of future scientific exploration has been transferred to the James James Webb Space Telescope, the Hubble Space Telescope is still old and strong. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the European Space Agency (ESA) have jointly released a beautiful space photo of Arp-Madore 417391 taken by Hubble.

CTOnews.com learned that Arp-Madore is about 670 million light-years from Earth and was formed by the collision of two galaxies. The gravitational saws produced by the collision give it a strange ring shape, the cores of the two galaxies are relatively close, and the star's "plumes" forms a circle.

This image was taken by an Advanced Camera for Surveys camera still in service on the Hubble Space Telescope and is mainly used to detect strange galaxies and dark matter.
