The newly built Czech manufacturing center covers a total area of 9700 square meters, equipped with high-grade dust-free workshops, leading optical laboratories and professionals, mainly engaged in nano-level ultra-precision optical mold production and manufacturing.

Chengrui Optics has WLG technology and has obvious advantages over other glass forming technologies in terms of high optical precision and other properties. CTOnews.com learned that compared with plastic lenses, glass lenses have better refractive index, dispersion, reliability and thermal stability, which can effectively solve the current problems and limitations of plastic lenses.

Based on the advantages of WLG technology layout and glass lens mass production, the company's products have realized applications in intelligent devices such as drones, vehicles, AR / VR devices, and began to expand industrial fields such as semiconductor production and testing and downstream application layouts such as medical equipment.

In terms of smartphones, WLG glass-plastic hybrid lens has been successfully installed in the world's first high-end model with a 1-inch outsole sensor, as well as a variety of models in the Redmi K series and Xiaomi Civi series, and gradually covering the mid-and high-end Android phone and UAV market.

In the aspect of intelligent vehicle, it can provide a series of products such as intelligent driving lens and camera module, intelligent cockpit lens and camera module, intelligent driving lidar optical components and so on.
