Shulou(Shulou.com)11/24 Report--
CTOnews.com, Nov. 25 (Xinhua)-- according to JD.com Logistics, there are 200 wolf AGV handling robots and intelligent sorting robots working methodically in JD.com Logistics's Fenlo Automation Warehouse in the Netherlands. They realize commodity identification and path automatic planning through artificial intelligence algorithms and sensors, and complete the automatic selection and out-of-warehouse process of goods efficiently and accurately.
JD.com Logistics International said, "during the Black five period this year, the number of orders handled in overseas warehouses around the world is expected to increase by 200%. In order to deal with large-scale order growth, automatic sorting (PSP) was introduced overseas for the first time this year, and the picking efficiency is more than five times higher than that of manual sorting through the cooperation of" ground Wolf "AGV and intelligent sorting robot."
JD.com Logistics Fenlo Automation Warehouse in the Netherlands is in the first phase of the project. JD.com Logistics realizes the automatic picking of "goods to people" through the deployment of "ground Wolf" robots. Pickers only need to wait for "ground Wolf" to carry the shelves to the workstation.
With the rapid growth of orders, the automated sorting scheme (PSP) breaks the picking mode based on orders by introducing intelligent sorting robots. First, the "ground Wolf" selects all the goods ordered, and then the intelligent sorting robot puts the goods into the grid corresponding to different orders. For B-end business, the intelligent algorithm can also assign orders from the same store to the adjacent grid to achieve automatic collection of goods. It is understood that there are as many as 1200 bars in Fenluocang, relying on 3D high-definition cameras and intelligent algorithms, the sorting robot can quickly identify and put it, with an accuracy of more than 99.99%. Compared with the traditional manual picking, the PSP scheme can increase the efficiency by more than 5 times and save 70% in labor costs.
CTOnews.com learned that in order to solve the problem of return and exchange, JD.com Logistics deployed a "positive and negative integrated workstation" in the case of uninterrupted production of normal orders, so that the returned goods could be put on the shelves directly through the robot after passing the quality inspection. At present, the system has been launched in JD.com Logistics Dortmund Automation Warehouse in Germany.
In addition, JD.com Logistics has also landed a number of automated warehouse projects in Los Angeles, Birmingham, Frankfurt, Germany and Sydney, Australia. Hundreds of logistics robots rely on sensors and intelligent scheduling to achieve "autopilot" in the warehouse, helping to improve operational efficiency by 6-8 times. As of June 30 this year, JD.com Logistics has laid out nearly 90 bonded warehouses, direct mail warehouses and overseas warehouses around the world, with a total management area of nearly 900000 square meters, and the total storage area of the cross-border network has increased by more than 70% compared with the same period last year.
