Wu Weiren, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and chief designer of China's lunar exploration project, said that Chang'e-6 is ready to sample and return from the far side of the moon, and if successful, this is also the first time for mankind; Chang'e-7 will land at the South Pole of the moon and carry out a leap exploration.

Wu Weiren also said that China plans to implement Mars sampling and return in the next 10 to 15 years. In addition, China will also conduct scientific exploration of Jupiter, Uranus and other planets as well as the edges of the solar system.

On May 22, the "Zhu Rong" rover successfully landed on the surface of Mars and began to patrol and explore.
