Prosus's statement of net worth released on Thursday local time shows that they hold 2.6137 billion shares of Tencent shares, which gives Prosus a market capitalization of about US $93.8 billion at Thursday's close of HK $280.4.

Some relevant media reported that in the documents disclosed at the end of last month, Prosus held nearly 2.693 billion shares of Tencent shares.

In the 2022 interim report released by Tencent, they disclosed that as of June 30, Prosus through MIH Internet Holdings B.V. MIH TC, which holds 2.7654177 billion shares of Tencent, has 2.6137 billion shares in its report released by Prosus on Thursday, down more than 150 million shares.

In addition, according to a filing by Tencent on Thursday, they have a total of 9581355149 shares outstanding, and the stake held by Prosus, a unit of Naspers, has fallen to 2.6137 billion, meaning the stake has dropped to less than 27.3%.
