Shulou(Shulou.com)11/24 Report--
CTOnews.com, November 24 (Xinhua) on the afternoon of November 24, a special session on lunar and deep space exploration was held in Haikou as part of a series of meetings of the United Nations / China Global Partnership for Space Exploration and Innovation, according to the National Space Administration's Press and propaganda Center.
Experts at the meeting said that the Chang'e-6 mission is scheduled to be launched in Wenchang before 2025, and four international loads such as radon detectors have been identified.
According to reports, the Chang'e-6 mission is scheduled to be carried out before 2025, and will carry out on-site investigation and analysis of the landing area on the far side of the moon, and systematic and long-term laboratory research on the samples.
On April 18, 2019, the National Space Administration issued the "announcement on opportunities for Cooperation on the International payload of the Chang'e-6 Mission", which received more than 20 proposals. The National Space Administration's Lunar Exploration and Aerospace Engineering Center set up a selection committee and finally identified four international loads of radon detectors, cube stars, lunar anion analyzers and laser corner reflectors. At present, the technical status of these four international loads has been basically determined, and it is feasible to carry them at the technical level.
CTOnews.com learned that according to CCTV News on September 10, the fourth phase of the lunar exploration project has been approved by the state and is progressing smoothly. The fourth phase of the lunar exploration project includes the missions of Chang'e-6, Chang'e-7 and Chang'e-8, which will be implemented one after another in the next decade. Among them, Chang'e-6 is a backup of Chang'e-5, which has the function of sampling and returning, and it will go to the far side of the moon to carry out a mission.
Liu Jizhong, deputy commander-in-chief of China's lunar exploration project, said earlier that Chang'e-6 has basically been produced and Chang'e-7 is under development, and that it will also explore the South Pole of the moon and set up a lunar research station. After 2025, the relevant work on Chang'e-6 and Chang'e-7 will be completed, and the development of Chang'e-8 will be carried out at the same time. The launch of Chang'e-8 will be completed by 2030. To sum up, by 2030, the fourth phase of lunar exploration will be able to achieve the expected results.
