First of all, 6G will be a powerful force for the future meta-universe, supporting various potential application scenarios of the meta-universe, including the consumer meta-universe, the enterprise meta-universe with information interconnection technology as the core, and the industrial meta-universe with industry operation technology as the core. In fact, the core lies in two points: how to enhance human beings themselves, and how to better control the physical world around us through the integration of the digital world and the physical world.

The entire network architecture can be considered in terms of three layers:

The first layer is the infrastructure layer. The concept of implementing various network functions on the cloud platform will continue and be strengthened.

The second layer is the network function layer. According to the different requirements of different application scenarios, different network capabilities are provided to meet the KPI requirements of various applications, such as transmission delay, reliability and so on.

The third layer is the application layer. Based on the needs of their respective business, under the arrangement of management and choreography functions, the corresponding data transmission and processing tasks are realized with the help of network infrastructure layer and function layer.

Finally, there is the management and choreography function. According to the KPI requirements of different applications, this network function can not only achieve efficient management, but also make use of various infrastructure and network functions to complete the corresponding data transmission.

CTOnews.com learned that Nokia said it would solve the challenges facing 6G through six key technological innovations, including new spectrum technology, AI-based air port technology, synaesthesia integration technology, extreme network and technology to ensure network security and reliability. Nokia calls on the industry to do more research on the prime band of 7~20GHz to tap its potential and promote its potential application in the 6G era.
