CTOnews.com learned that the reply mentioned that it is necessary to further improve the statistical system of cross-border e-commerce, implement support policies such as exemption from value-added tax and consumption tax for cross-border e-commerce retail export goods in the comprehensive experimental zone according to regulations, enterprises can choose enterprise income tax verification and collection, and automatically apply the cross-border e-commerce retail import pilot policy to the cities (regions) where the comprehensive experimental zone is located confirmed to meet the regulatory requirements by the local customs, and support enterprises to jointly build and share overseas warehouses. The Ministry of Commerce shall take the lead in overall planning, coordination, follow-up analysis and supervision and guidance, establish and improve the evaluation and withdrawal mechanism, regularly carry out evaluation, promote the survival of the fittest, timely summarize and promote the pilot experience together with relevant departments, and timely report major problems and situations to the State Council.
