The transformation of the manufacturing industry model and enterprise form has been accelerated, and a number of new new business type models such as network collaborative manufacturing, large-scale personalized customization, as well as a number of typical scenarios such as intelligent online detection and man-machine collaborative work have been cultivated. The initial construction of the security system, the continuous improvement of the national and sub-industry intelligent manufacturing standard system, the release of nearly 340 national standards, regional coordination, industry linkage, enterprise-led development pattern has basically taken shape.

CTOnews.com learned that Vice Minister Xin Guobin of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said in his speech that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will adhere to the main direction of intelligent manufacturing, base on the actual situation of China's manufacturing industry, consolidate the foundation, improve standards, cultivate ecology, strengthen applications, and speed up the creation of an "upgraded version" of intelligent manufacturing.

Focus on building a high-efficiency innovation system, strengthen basic research, applied basic research and key technology research and development, and lead the evolution and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing.

Efforts will be made to build a high-level industrial system, promote the innovative development of intelligent manufacturing equipment, industrial software and system solutions, and strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure such as 5G, artificial intelligence and industrial Internet.

We will strive to form a high-standard application system, continue to carry out pilot and demonstration actions on intelligent manufacturing, create more smart factories and smart supply chains, accelerate the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and encourage the construction of leading areas for intelligent manufacturing.
