Up to now, the longest continuous operation time under full load has reached 485 days, which has set a new record for the continuous operation of entrained-flow gasification technology (Class A) in the world.

The full name of "space furnace" is space pulverized coal pressurized gasifier, which is designed and developed by Rocket Institute Aerospace long March Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aerospace Engineering Company"). Relying on China's accumulated advantages in the development, production and testing of launch vehicle and liquid rocket engines in combustion, heat transfer, special pump valves and other technologies, a space pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology with completely independent intellectual property rights in China has been developed. Break foreign technology monopoly in one fell swoop.

"High" benefit for large chemical enterprises, plant shutdown, overhaul and restart usually take several weeks to months, and there will be millions of yuan in economic losses every day when production is stopped. Therefore, as the "leader" of the chemical plant, the gasification device "space furnace" runs continuously for a longer time, which means higher output and more profits, and brings more economic benefits for the enterprise.

CTOnews.com learned that the Aerospace Engineering Company has specially built the only simulation training system in the industry, and the difference between the system and the actual data is so small that customer operators can be trained to drive skillfully before the start of the project to avoid parking caused by misoperation. After training certified operators, the earliest 7 days can achieve the previous 2 months of pre-start commissioning work.

The "space furnace" device originally takes two months from commissioning to full load operation, and the driving cost ranges from 60 million yuan to 80 million yuan. Now, the goal of early production and early profit can be achieved through the simulation training of aerospace engineering companies. Clean and efficient utilization of coal is also an important way to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of energy and achieve the goal of carbon peak carbon neutralization.
