Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu and OC_Formula for the clue delivery! CTOnews.com, November 23 (Xinhua)-- CaseLabs, a niche high-end chassis brand in the United States, declared bankruptcy in 2018, revived four years later, and has launched a new website.

CaseLabs mainly produces small PC chassis, positioning high-end, using aluminum alloy material. In August 2018, CaseLabs announced that it had to file for bankruptcy as a result of high US aluminum prices and high tariffs of 25 per cent, resulting in an 80 per cent surge in costs.

In 2021, the CaseLabs brand was acquired by a Swedish company called Emil Rytterstedt, so its headquarters moved from the United States to Sweden.

CTOnews.com learned that CaseLabs's new website has been launched, and according to its new owner, Emil Rytterstedt, they will continue to work with former employees and enthusiasts abroad to retain "the original spirit, look and feel of the product." The company also said it would consider providing compensation to North American customers to offset freight charges for shipments from Sweden.

However, the site does not list chassis products yet, but just gives a brief introduction to the brand history, which is expected to start production soon, and DIY enthusiasts have a new choice.
