I set up a new FTP server for my colleagues to use together. There is no problem uploading files with ftp software. Upload files directly through the windows interface. The following prompts appear.

I think there's something wrong with the file transfer code.

Remote to ftp server

open IIS

Select ftp site in use

select Advanced settings

in the pop-up dialog box

Allow UTF8, default is True, set to False

determine

After the setup is complete, restart the ftp site and you'll be fine.
