CTOnews.com November 23 news, WeiUnicom today released QM2 PCIe Gen 3 series expansion cards, including QM2-2P-344A and QM2-2P-384A two models, can install two PCIe 3.0 SSD.

According to reports, the QM2 expansion card is well designed, equipped with M.2 SSD thermal sensor to monitor the temperature in real time, and high efficiency heat dissipation modules (heatsink and fan) can also reduce overheating and ensure high efficiency and stability. QM2-2P-344A and QM2-2P-384A support both Windows and Linux computers to establish a high-speed NVMe SSD storage area.

CTOnews.com has learned that both QM2-2P-344A and QM2-2P-384A models can be fitted with two M.2 22110 and 2280 PCIe NVMe SSD, the former using PCIe Gen 3x4 channel and the latter using PCIe Gen 3x8 channel.

In terms of price, QM2-2P-344A and QM2-2P-384A sell for NT $5290 (about NT $1217) and NT $5990 (about NT $1378) respectively.
