The Wall TV sells for 170 million won overseas and 1049999 yuan at home, which makes its shipments very low. According to market research firm Omdia, shipments of MicroLED TVs are expected to not exceed 1000 this year. Therefore, once a MicroLED TV fails, it will increase the failure rate of MicroLED TV by 1/1000. If ten MicroLED TVs fail, the failure rate of the technology will reach 1%.

As a reference, Omdia data show that shipments of LCD and OLED TV panels this year are expected to be 250 million and 10 million, respectively. If the OLED TV panel failure rate is 1%, then 100000 OLED TVs will fail. Therefore, there is still a long way to go for MicroLED to replace OLED.
