Consumers can enter the exclusive event page through UnionPay "Cloud Flash", JD.com, Meituan or Dianping App, or they can know the distribution time and participate in the activities from Jinyun App or "Buy Tianjin" Wechat official account.

After August 20, UnionPay's Cloud Flash App will issue coupons every Friday at 11:00, which lasts until the end of September. The coupons are valid for seven days. JD.com, Meituan and Dianping App all distribute consumption coupons in stages.

In addition, officials pointed out that it is necessary to guide the e-commerce platform to benefit consumers by issuing consumption coupons (including digital RMB), discount promotions, introducing shopping subsidies, setting up brand discount zones, and so on. Support JD.com, Meituan and other platforms to hold online shopping festivals, live e-commerce festivals and other activities, and launch "food, accommodation, transportation, entertainment" multi-theme promotion activities.

Officials say it is necessary to combine the latest technologies such as 5G, AR and Metasverse to guide e-commerce platforms to innovate consumption scenarios, launch more coupons, experience intelligent navigation and intelligent checkout, and enhance consumers' digital consumption experience.

CTOnews.com learned that Tianjin consumption coupons are divided into four categories, including automobile subsidies and household appliances, department store retail and catering, entertainment and entertainment vouchers.

The first category is the automobile consumption subsidy, with an allocation of 60 million yuan.

Starting from August 20, consumers will purchase cars and issue invoices in designated automobile sales enterprises (the list is displayed in the UnionPay "Cloud Flash" Automobile Government subsidy Zone). They can upload relevant car purchase documents through the UnionPay "Cloud Flash" App designated page, apply for government car purchase subsidy funds, and issue them after the relevant materials are examined and approved. It is divided into five categories: a subsidy of 2000 yuan per car with a purchase amount of 50, 000 yuan (including)-150000 yuan (excluding); a subsidy of 4000 yuan per car with a purchase amount of 150000 yuan (including)-250000 yuan (excluding); a subsidy of 5000 yuan per car with a purchase amount of 250000 yuan (including)-350000 yuan (excluding); and a subsidy of 6000 yuan per car with a purchase amount of more than 350000 yuan (inclusive). Parallel imported cars also enjoy the above subsidies.

The second category is home appliance consumption coupons, with an allocation of 40 million yuan.

Support individual consumers to purchase qualified household appliances such as televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and kitchen appliances (including green smart appliances), as well as consumer electronic products such as mobile phones and computers.

UnionPay's Cloud Flash App gives subsidies of 2000 yuan, 1000 yuan, 500yuan, 300yuan and 100yuan respectively according to different consumption amounts, while JD.com App gives subsidies of 500,400,200,50,30 and 20 yuan respectively according to different consumption amounts. The above two platforms have set up exclusive consumption vouchers for gas stoves to provide subsidies of 400 yuan less than 100 yuan for gas stoves with flameout protection function.

The third category is department store retail consumption coupons, with a capital of 30 million yuan. UnionPay's "Cloud Flash" App gives subsidies of 300,150,80 and 30 yuan respectively according to different consumption amounts. JD.com App gives subsidies of 100,50,30, 20 and 10 yuan respectively according to different consumption amounts.

The fourth category is the consumption coupon for catering, literature and travel, with a total arrangement of 20 million yuan. It will be distributed through Meituan and Dianping App, focusing on subsidizing the consumption of tickets to restaurants, hotels and scenic spots, ranging from 5 yuan to 60 yuan.
