CTOnews.com, August 18, Wedbush Securities analyst Dan Ives recently said that compared with the iPhone 13 Pro model, the price of the iPhone 14 Pro series model is "likely" to rise by $100.

Dan Ives further said in a study: "although the price of the standard version of iPhone will remain the same, we believe that the price of iPhone 14 Pro / Pro Max may increase by $100 because of the increase in the price of components and the addition of new features in this version."

Last week, analyst Guo Mingyi said iPhone 14 Pro models would be "priced higher", suggesting they would be more expensive than iPhone 13 Pro models. Mr Guo did not disclose the exact pricing, but said the average selling price of the entire iPhone 14 series, including standard models, would rise by about 15 per cent overall.

In the United States, the iPhone 13 Pro starts at $999 and the iPhone 13 Pro Max starts at $1099. If the increase of $100 is correct, the starting prices of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will be $1099 and $1199, respectively. Dan Ives said the price increase was partly due to higher component prices and the addition of new features / features.

Apple plans to hold its first fall launch on Wednesday, Sept. 7 (in the early hours of Sept. 8, Beijing time), according to Bloomberg Mark Gurman. The event will focus on the release of iPhone 14 series models and Apple Watch Series 8.
