A judge of the Delaware Court of Justice ordered Twitter to provide Musk with some data from his former head of consumer products, Kevin Beckpel (KayvonBeykpour).

It is reported that Beckpur is a key figure in counting the number of fake accounts on the Twitter platform, and the problem of false accounts is the main difference between Musk and Twitter. Beckpool joined Twitter in 2015 and left in May this year.

Musk's legal team had previously asked Twitter to provide statistics on its more than 20 employees, while Delaware Chancery Judge Kathleen McCormick (Kathaleen McCormick) only asked Twitter to provide statistics from Beckpool alone.

Musk's lawsuit against Twitter will begin on October 17 this year for a period of five days. At present, both sides rush to seek a wide range of communications and documents from each other before the trial to better defend themselves.

Twitter said yesterday it was trying to get a text message from Mr Musk. Twitter said in a court filing that it wanted to search all of Musk's text messages to find material related to his lawsuit.

Both Twitter and Musk have asked each other's trading advisers for information, including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Barclays, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase.

Musk said earlier this month that if Twitter can prove that the proportion of fake accounts on its platform is real, he is willing to continue with the previous acquisition agreement to buy Twitter for $44 billion.
