First, the aviation heavy oil engine equipped with completely independent property rights is technologically advanced and has stepped into the first-class ranks. It is an aero-engine with independent development, independent property rights and domestic production, which has the advantages of self-controllable, low fuel consumption and long flight time and wide-area application environment.

Second, the UAV uses a new type of aviation heavy oil engine, the space time is greatly increased, the voyage is longer, the cruising altitude and ceiling are higher, and the load capacity can also be increased by 30%, 50%, and the scope of operation is wider.

Third, the flight capability and load capacity of the UAV platform have been greatly improved, which can be used for high-resolution earth observation, mapping, communication, airborne geophysical exploration, environmental monitoring, forest fire prevention and so on.

CTOnews.com learned that Rainbow is a series of unmanned aerial vehicles developed by the China Aerospace and Aeronautical Power Technology Research Institute, a subsidiary of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. The Chinese Academy of Aerospace aerodynamic Technology is also known as the 11th Academy of Sciences. Rainbow-4 UAV is a medium-range reconnaissance / reconnaissance (civilian version) integrated UAV developed on the basis of Rainbow-3 UAV.
