Jinxing Railway runs from Tianjin West Railway Station in the east to Daxing Airport Station in the west. It has a total length of 100.79 kilometers and a design speed of 250km per hour. It has a total of six stations, namely Tianjin West Station, Shengfang Station, Anzi Station, Yongqing East Station, Gu'an East Station and Daxing Airport Station.

Among them, the line from Tianjin West Station to Shengfang Station is common with the existing Jinbao Railway, the line from Shengfang Station to Gu'an East Station is a new line, and the line from Gu'an East Station to Daxing Airport Station is on the same line as Jingxiong Intercity Railway.

All the ballasted lines of Jinxing Railway use CPG500 track-laying machine for track-laying operation. After the long rail, sleeper and buckle accessories are loaded in the track-laying base, the track-laying machine is transported to the designated place for track laying operation.

Jinxing Railway is an important trunk line connecting Beijing and Tianjin and an important measure to implement the coordinated development strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
