CTOnews.com, August 17 (Xinhua) Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra last year introduced ultra-wide-angle cameras, which not only support macro photos, but also add the ability to shoot 4K 60fps videos with ultra-wide-angle cameras, according to SamMobile.

However, Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 + did not support this feature when they were released. The same is true of Galaxy Z Fold 4, which does not have any upgrades to the ultra-wide-angle camera and only supports 4K 60fps recording using the main camera and the rear zoom camera, the report said.

CTOnews.com learned that SamMobile said that the Galaxy S21 and S21 + did not support 4K 60fps ultra-wide-angle video when they were released, but later added this feature through firmware updates, and Samsung is expected to do the same for Galaxy Z Fold 4, and possibly Galaxy Z Flip 4.

In terms of updates, both Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 will receive major operating system upgrades within four years, which means that both models will eventually be able to run Android 16. Galaxy Z Fold 4 runs Android 12 with Android 12L Magee Z Flip 4.
