Meta has acquired more than 100 companies in the past decade, and buying small businesses in young industries is often not opposed by FTC. But now the US is tougher on monopolies.

It is reported that Meta has agreed to postpone the completion of the acquisition until January 1, or wait for a judge to rule on the ban on FTC.
