Sina Science and Technology News, Beijing time, August 16, a US judge ordered Twitter to give Musk the documents of a former executive who is a key figure in counting false Twitter accounts.

The judge ordered Twitter to collect, evaluate and produce documents based on content provided by former consumer goods general manager Kevin Beckpool (Kayvon Beykpour), according to a court order. Lawyers for Twitter and Musk have yet to respond.

Beckpool left the company after Twitter agreed to the deal in April, and the Musk side believes that Beckpur is deeply involved in the decision-making of spam accounts. Musk also asked to contact 21 other individuals with relevant information, but the judge refused Musk's request.

Last week, Musk's legal team wrote to the judge, asking the judge to order Twitter to hand over the list of people involved, which would make it easier for Musk to question.

Musk thought the fake account data provided by Twitter was wrong, so he cancelled the deal. Twitter sued Musk, arguing that Musk violated the agreement, and Twitter wanted a judge to order Musk to complete the deal at $54.20 a share.
