According to Suzhou Navi Science and Technology website, the company was founded in 2007 and focuses on the growth of high-quality gallium nitride semiconductor single crystal materials. it has achieved the production of 2-inch gallium nitride single crystal substrate, completed the engineering technology development of 4-inch products, and broke through the 6-inch key technology.
