CTOnews.com learned that on June 21 this year, ideal car CEO Li Xiang officially released its flagship SUV-- ideal L9, which sells for 459800 yuan and starts user delivery by the end of August. In early August, ideal announced that the number of L9 fixed users (non-refundable deposit) had reached 30,000.

According to the financial report, the total revenue of ideal Automobile in the second quarter was 8.73 billion yuan ($1.3 billion), up 73.3 percent from 5.04 billion yuan in the second quarter of 2021 and down 8.7 percent from 9.56 billion yuan in the first quarter of 2022.

Ideal car Q2 posted a net loss of 641 million yuan (US $95.7 million), compared with a net loss of 235.5 million yuan in the second quarter of 2021, an increase of 172.2% of the net loss of 10.9 million yuan in the first quarter of 2022. Without Non-GAAP, the net loss was 183.4 million yuan ($27.4 million), compared with a net loss of 65.1 million yuan in the second quarter of 2021, with a loss increase of 181.7%. Ting's net profit in the first quarter of 2022 was 477.1 million yuan.
