The overall carbon emission reduction rate is over 35%.

In addition, the power exchange mode greatly reduces the energy replenishment time of new energy vehicles. It is estimated that in the same running time, it takes three hours for a new energy transport vehicle of a 4.2 meter van to be fully charged, while it takes only five minutes for a new energy vehicle of the same specification to be fully charged through the power exchange mode. this effectively solves the "anxiety" of new energy logistics vehicles and will make the use of each new energy logistics vehicle more environmentally friendly and sustainable. At the same time of improving the transport efficiency of the fleet, the power exchange mode can further optimize the fleet structure and effectively reduce the operating cost.

CTOnews.com learned that JD.com Logistics has already tried the "power exchange mode". As the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the notice on starting the pilot application of the power exchange mode of new energy vehicles in the third quarter of 2021, JD.com Logistics took the lead in launching the pilot project of distribution of logistics vehicles in the power exchange city in March this year.

In addition, JD.com Logistics has replaced all self-operated urban vehicles in Beijing with new energy vehicles. In serving the "meet Beijing" series of winter sports events in 2022, JD.com Logistics uses electric logistics vehicles in the distribution of cities in the competition area and internal logistics services in venues, and all service vehicles meet the national sixth b emission standards 100%.
