Nordic now employs more than 1300 people and has annual revenue of about US $600 million. its wireless connection products support Bluetooth, Thread, Zigbee and other short-range wireless connection protocol standards, and launched a low-power LTE-M / NB-IoT cellular Internet of things chip in 2018. In 2020, the company acquired the Wi-Fi design team and related IP technology assets of Imagination Technology.

Previously, the company's wireless SoC products mainly use Arm architecture kernel, shipments have exceeded 1 billion, the establishment of RISC-V architecture kernel design team, indicating that Nordic will also expand the layout of related products.
