Jiangsu (Wuxi)-Singapore Integrated Circuit/Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Cooperation and Exchange Conference was successfully held under the guidance of Jiangsu Province Department of Commerce, Jiangsu Province Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Singapore Enterprise Development Bureau and co-sponsored by Wuxi Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Lake District People's Government, Yangzi Evening News reported.

The conference aims to seize the major opportunities of "One Belt and One Road" and RCEP, build an economic and trade exchange and cooperation platform between Jiangsu Province, Wuxi City and Singapore, and promote the cooperation and development of the two places in the field of trade, investment and science and technology.

In the video link, Li Yaping, Deputy Secretary-General of Wuxi City People's Government, introduced the development of the city's integrated circuit industry, pointing out that Wuxi is one of the seven national integrated circuit design industrialization bases and the second national microelectronic high-tech industrial base after Shanghai. Wuxi attaches great importance to strengthening economic and trade cooperation with ASEAN countries including Singapore. This exchange meeting will certainly promote in-depth cooperation between the two sides in integrated circuit and intelligent manufacturing industries.

At the exchange meeting, the two sides also held a signing ceremony for strategic cooperation cloud. The parties agreed to strengthen the exchange of information on economic and trade cooperation and jointly plan and hold economic cooperation and exchange activities between Wuxi and Singapore from time to time. In the project roadshow link, Manager Jin Shengdi, Head of Semiconductor Business Department of Singapore Guangzhi Microchip Private Limited and Singapore Weixin Technology Co., Ltd., and heads of Shengke Nano (Singapore) Laboratory respectively conducted the innovation project roadshow.
