The "notice" requires that underground coal mines should be located in important workplaces such as mining face, roadway maintenance operation point, drilling construction operation point, inspection and repair operation point of important mechanical and electrical equipment, installation and withdrawal of large-scale equipment, and so on. Opencast coal mines should add and improve video surveillance lines in important workplaces such as dump and mining and stripping sites.

Central enterprises stationed in Shanxi and provincial key state-owned enterprises such as Shanxi Control, Coking Coal, Huayang and Lu'an should take the lead in setting an example. all coal mines with normal production and construction must complete the supplement and operation of video surveillance facilities by the end of the third quarter of this year.

Other normal production (construction) mines strive to achieve full video coverage of important workplaces by the end of October this year.

CTOnews.com learned that the "notice" requires the realization of video surveillance of the whole process of high-risk operations, the construction of a production environment without monitoring, supervision of operation behavior, and visualization of the operation site, so as to promote coal mine employees to "go to standard posts and do standard work" to minimize the occurrence of piecemeal accidents.
