CTOnews.com August 14 news, "Baidu Map × Apollo" on August 12 in Beijing high-level self-driving demonstration zone released a new version. Baidu Map took the lead in intelligent functions such as lane-level navigation, parking-level navigation and green light navigation in Yizhuang, and announced that it will successively land in demonstration areas such as Huangpu in Guangzhou, Baoding in Hebei and Zhuzhou in Hunan.

In terms of function, lane-level navigation service can provide users with dynamic and timely lane-changing guidance in the whole process, and location-level navigation can automatically assign and directly navigate to the free parking spaces in the destination parking lot. Green light navigation can help users grasp real-time traffic light information.

CTOnews.com learned that Baidu said that 329 intelligent network standard intersections have been built within 60 square kilometers of Beijing's high-level self-driving demonstration zone.

Baidu data show that Baidu map indoor and outdoor integrated parking level navigation has covered 25000 parking spaces in large commercial centers and transportation hubs across the country; accurate countdown to traffic lights has served more than 10 million users in Yizhuang, Beijing, and provides more than 40,000 services a day.
