As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, shareholder Lynch has accumulated about 52.49 million frozen shares, accounting for 70.43% of his shares and 5.73% of the company's total share capital.

In January 2021, Youzong.com announced that Lynch, the former controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, died on December 25, 2020. Lynch directly held 220 million shares of the company (including 165 million locked shares by senior executives). There are no indirect shares in the company, accounting for 23.99% of the total share capital of the company. The disclosure obligors Lin Xiaoxi, Lin Ruiyi and Lin Xiao inherited the equity interests held by Lin Qi before his death, resulting in corresponding changes in his equity interests in listed companies, and the relevant changes will be handled by his legal representative Xu Fenfen through non-transaction transfer.

After the change of rights and interests, the disclosure obligors Lin Xiaoxi, Lin Ruiyi and Lin Li jointly held 23.99% of the total share capital of the company as concerted actors. Xu Fenfen is the mother of his minor children, Lin Xiaoxi, Lin Ruihu and Lin Xi. the shareholders' interests in the company shares held by Lin Xiaoxi, Lin Ruihu and Lin Li are exercised by their legal guardian Xu Fenfen. Therefore, after the completion of the equity change, the company has no controlling shareholder, and Xu Fenfen is the actual controller of the company.
