­Linux Foundation, a non-profit organization that innovates on a large scale through open source, has released 10 Chinese translations of enterprise open source guides designed to help executives, open source project managers, developers, lawyers and decision makers learn how to make the best use of open source. Chris Aniszczyk, chief technology officer of CNCF and co-founder of the TODO Group, said:

­"Chinese developers and organizations have contributed a lot of code to open source projects, and their participation is growing every day. Providing these resources to Chinese users in Mandarin will help encourage them to adopt open source projects and participate in open source."

­the existing Chinese guide developed by the Linux Foundation in cooperation with the TODO Group covers the following topics:

­evaluate the success value of open source projects (Measuring Your Open Source Program's Success): learn more about how top organizations are evaluating the return on investment of open source plans and contributions.

­Open source program management tools (Tools for Managing Open Source Programs): discover various tools that can be used to track and manage open source projects

­increase the impact of open source development (Improving Your Open Source Development Impact): this guide covers some of the practices that can be taken to help companies expand in large open source projects.

­launch an open source project (Starting an Open Source Project): this guide helps companies that are already familiar with open source to learn more about what they need to know to develop their own open source projects.

­close an open source project (Winding Down an Open Source Project)
