According to sources, AMD also has a higher specification of EPYC 9664 96-core CPU,TDP increased to 400W, with a higher frequency.

CTOnews.com learned that the AMD Zen4 architecture data center CPU will use a new platform with SP5 slots, supporting DDR5 memory as well as PCIe Gen5 and CXL interfaces.

Earlier, on AMD's Financial analyst Day 2022, AMD confirmed its data center CPU roadmap. The fourth generation of AMD EPYC (Xiaolong) CPU will be divided into four types: Genoa, Bergamo, Genoa-X and Siena, all based on the Zen4 architecture.
