As a high-end new energy brand of Dongfeng Group, Lantu Automobile announced on November 18 that it had completed the signing and delivery of round A financing agreement. Lantu Automobile raised nearly 5 billion yuan in this round, and the market valuation after financing was nearly 30 billion yuan. Lantu Automobile said that this round of financing is the largest first round of financing for China's new energy vehicle industry so far.

Lantu Automobile is a car company with the dual layout of ESSA native intelligent electric architecture and central centralized SOA electronic and electrical architecture. Based on Lantu ESSA and SOA architecture, Lantu also has solid-state battery, hydrogen power, self-driving technology above L4 level and so on.

CTOnews.com learned that in February 2022, Lantu officially announced its entry into the European market, with its first stop in Norway. In September, Lantu FREE was officially shipped to Norway and will be officially delivered to Norwegian users at the end of this month. Next, after the Norwegian market, from 2023, Lantu dreamers will also be officially launched in the European market, and Lantu Motors will also enter Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark and Israel.

Delivery data show that in October 2022, Lantu delivered a total of 2553 new cars, an increase of 154% over the same period last year. Since June this year, it has maintained month-on-month growth for five consecutive months, with an average price of more than 382000 yuan per car. Since August 2021, the Lantu brand has delivered a total of 22963 vehicles.
