By 2025, a complete industrial chain system of lithium ore raw materials-basic lithium salt-battery four major materials and auxiliary materials-battery structures / equipment-cell-battery module-battery recycling and battery testing platform will be basically formed. promote the coordinated development of the upper, middle and lower reaches of the power battery industry chain. by 2025, the proportion of the whole industry products in the whole industry chain will reach 50%. At the same time, we have made full use of various R & D platforms to achieve achievement transformation, and the proportion of new advanced technologies and high-end products has reached 20%.

The quality of the enterprise has improved significantly. Actively guide all kinds of enterprises in financing and listing to improve the quality of new energy battery and materials industry in Guizhou Province. By 2025, there will be 10 demonstration enterprises for digital transformation or intelligent manufacturing, 10 enterprises with main business income of more than 10 billion, 20 enterprises with main business income of more than 5 billion, and 5 listed enterprises.
