CTOnews.com November 22 News Fitbit experienced a synchronization failure today, resulting in loss of statistics and inability to log in to accounts. When the user opens the mobile application, an error message" Fitbit.com cannot be accessed, please try again later" will appear. Pixel Watch users also can't sync their sleep and rest heart rates by logging into Fitbit.

CTOnews.com learned that statistically, the data is grayed out after opening the mobile app, which includes steps, distance, activity time, heart rate, calories and more. During this downtime, as long as you don't reset Fitbit devices, these health and fitness data should not be lost and can wait for the system to recover and re-synchronize again.

DownDetector shows Fitbit started at 12:30 p.m. PT and the problem persisted at 3:30 p.m. PT.
