At this stage, there is a total shortage of Z790 series motherboards due to too little supply. However, a new generation of mainstream B760 series motherboards is coming, and the exact time notified by them is as follows:

INTEL has verbally informed the brand to confirm the time: the new motherboard of the B760 series will be sold worldwide on January 3, and the brands of the motherboard are expected to ship in the second half of December.

CTOnews.com learned that the Intel 13th generation core and Z790 platform were released at the end of September this year, and the new platform is now available.

On the previous generation platform, the Z690 / B660 / H610 chipset brought support for DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0.However, compared with the flagship products, the mid-end entry-level products lacked the support for overclocking features, and the PCIe channel and DMI bus were also reduced. In addition, there are some differences in power supply specifications and scalability. It is expected that this year's B760 will continue this trend.
