CTOnews.com, November 21, according to China's three Gorges Energy, recently, with the accurate docking of the three Gorges wind turbine impeller with the generator at an altitude of 100 meters, the three Gorges Energy 100000 kilowatt wind power project in Qixian County, Henan Province (referred to as the "Qixian Project") has successfully completed the hoisting of all fans, laying a solid foundation for subsequent full capacity grid connection.

CTOnews.com learned that the Qixian project installed a total of 15 3.2MW units and 13 4MW units, with a total installed capacity of 100000 kilowatts, and annual power generation of about 250 million kilowatt hours after completion. Compared with thermal power generation, it can save about 80,000 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 200000 tons, and sulfur dioxide emissions by about 1482.5 tons. It plays a positive role in improving the power supply structure of regional power grid, promoting local economy and promoting the goal of "double carbon".

In the next step, the Qixian project will further implement the detailed safety production work, jointly with the participating units to continue to promote the follow-up wind turbine grid-connected work, and launch a sprint to achieve the goal of achieving the first parity wind power project in Henan Province.
