Huanyudao Station is the first intelligent station in Tianjin Metro with visual 3D integrated transportation and management platform as its core. It realizes 21 intelligent functions, such as voice ticket purchase and inquiry, intelligent customer service, intelligent security check, large passenger flow perception, environment perception, one-button switch station, fault management, work order management, visual monitoring, behavior track playback, intelligent dimming, intelligent guidance and so on.

The intelligent operation and maintenance system of Line 10, located in Liyuantou vehicle depot, consists of three parts: crew intelligence management system, vehicle intelligence operation and maintenance system and field information system. It integrates the functions of display of comprehensive information of line and line network, monitoring and early warning of vehicle status, parking location of electric bus track, construction management of section yard, prompt of key information of line, abnormal alarm of driver, etc., to comprehensively monitor the production of crew, line, vehicle and section yard, so as to realize the "one-screen controllability" of line operation and maintenance.

The train is equipped with battery full-condition self-traction system, radar-assisted collision prevention system, effectively improve operation safety, the car air conditioning adopts heat pump variable frequency air conditioning unit, the design of lateral blowing reduces the direct blowing of cold air to the human body, the plasma air purification device makes the air in the car more fresh, the train is equipped with LCD electronic map display screen, LED light source intelligent dimming technology, the information display is more intuitive, and the interior lighting is more intelligent.

The mobile phone charging function has been added to the train on Line 10 for the first time, and a charging interface has been set up at the connecting position of each carriage, which can meet the charging needs of different interfaces such as type-C and type-A, and enhance the travel experience of passengers.

In order to cooperate with the opening of Tianjin Metro Line 10, Tianjin Rail Transit Network Management Center is located at Longhan Road Station of Line 10 and Bridge Station of Line 9, Friendship South Road Station of Line 10 and Zuojiang Road Station of Line 6, Xiaobailou Station of Line 1 and Xuzhou Road Station of Line 4 to realize the "discount for connecting lines outside the station".

When passengers change routes at Longhan Road Station and No.1 Bridge Station, Friendship South Road Station and Zuojiang Road Station, Xiaobailou Station and Xuzhou Road Station, they can enjoy a concession of 1 yuan less than 1 yuan when they complete the transfer within 30 minutes without changing the bus medium. After the initial operation of the first phase of Tianjin Metro Line 10, the operating time is from 6:00 to 23:50, the first bus of Dongcheng Station of Yu starts at 6:06, the first bus of Dongcheng Station leaves at 6:00, the last bus of Dongcheng Station leaves at 23:12 and the last bus of Dongcheng Station leaves at 22:30. The minimum driving interval is 5 minutes on weekdays and 7 minutes on weekends and holidays.
